About me
My name is Leslie Castillo and I am the Coordinator of First Year and Transfer Student Experience at North Park University. I graduated from Northern Illinois University with a double major in Spanish Literature and Community Leadership and Civic Engagement. I also obtained my Master of Arts in Educational Leadership: Higher Education through the ENLACE (ENgaging Latinx Communities for Education) program at Northeastern Illinois University. My goal is to provide authentic support and knowledge for students through my lived experiences as a first-generation Latina in Higher Education. They have to see us to be us.
