About me
District Director of Financial Aid Leticia Garcia has a long history with City Colleges of Chicago. While still in high school, she took classes there. Years later, she returned to help students finance their higher education goals. Leticia’s 19 years of experience in higher education have been impactful. She enjoys assisting students in finding alternatives to pay for college. Leticia not only helps students but ensures, as a leader, that her team members have the tools needed to succeed. Because of her dedication, Leticia earned the 2024 City Colleges of Chicago Luminary Award.
